What are your shipping days?

What are your trays made out of?
Our trays are created using epoxy resin.
What is epoxy resin?
Epoxy resin is comparable to a very hard plastic.
Are the trays safe to place food on?
Yes, the epoxy resin used to create our trays is non-toxic and food safe.
Are the trays and coasters heat resistant?
Trays are heat resistant up to 203 °F or 95 °C. With that being said, we strongly advise against applying excessive and continuous heat for long periods. It may cause damage to your item.
What can I use to clean my trays and coasters?
We recommend you use mild soap and warm water on a soft cloth to clean your trays and coasters. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
What is "Discounted Pour Price"
“Discounted Pour Pricing” is a discount due to the resin pour design not going as planned for our artists. The item is in great shape but if we feel as if it could be better. Enjoy your beautiful art piece at a discounted price.
